Sorry It has Been so Long

Thank you, Jan. I really didn't think that anyone read my blog. I am so glad that you do. It makes me feel really good. Thank you again.

The weather was just gorgeous today. I got alot of work done at work. This morning I got there and Patsy the manager was just kind of wound up. They made a mistake at the warehouse and sent us some cigarettes with Iowa tax stickers. So the Mighty Caseys' lost a WHOLE LOT of money on that mistake. She got the email on Saturday and didn't do anything about it until I walked in today. So out of 30 cartons of cigarettes they will get back 7 and a half cartons. That is over $6 a carton. HAHAHA! MIGHTY COSTLY!! And then this afternoon when my Baby got up there to pick me up and I swept the sidewalk and he got suckered into sweeping the curb. So my poor Baby worked for supper. We got a pizza from there. And then he didn't even eat any of it. He ate a sandwich before we left. And then when I got home I looked and he had raked the leaves away from the house. It looks wonderful, thank you, Baby.

So then after I got them up and packed up. I went out and cleaned the windows on the outside. They were nasty!! Then Patsy was really tired, she just isn't all healed up from the surgery and that is after 8 weeks of resting. I think (just between us) she is kind of ummmmmm, how do we say, wimpy. Will that get me fired? Prolly Not, dangit. LOL!! No, I don't want fired. I wish that they would work as hard as they want me to. I have been there a year and she did do my evaluation. I had a whole lot of Met and Exceeded. None that flunked. So apparently, I do my job well. I know that I sure try. She said on one of those places on it that 'I was a person person.' Most of the time I really DON'T like people. So I guess I do a heck of a jo convincing them that I like it there.

We had a wonderful time on my days off. You will NOT BELIEVE IT?? There are robins here. They sound so beautiful. I love to hear them. I hope that they aren't just teasing. The snow geese are flying up north as well. I do know that if it does snow, it son't stick around. Oh, they are just gorgeous!! We tried to take pics of them to share with everyone, but they didn't turn out too good. We went down to the cemetary where the kids are. That is such a beautiful cemetary. I will have to take pics of it. Especially when the flags are all out on Memorial Day. They go up around the corner and all the way around. Oh, IT IS JUST GORGEOUS!! It really is.




Here is what I have been doing tonight. I love to play with the new camera. My Baby is so cute. The one picture I took standing outside looking in. He was blogging. I tried to take a pic of the geese circling. They were actually circling with the sunset behind them. It would have been better, but the neighbor's dog was barking. Spooked them off. Oh well, I tried. It was clouding up pretty good when the sun was setting. It will probably be rainging tomorrow. I hope not. But, for now my Baby is painting getting ready to send them off to the lady in Vegas. It is so exciting that he is selling FINALLY on his Etsy. He was just saying that he didn't know why he was even on Etsy, and then there was the one sale and then the other's. It is just starting. I love it, and him. I am so proud of him.
