We got to work today and right away Patsy couldn't figure out how to use the new RPO. I have no clue what it stands for, but it is a HUGE PAIN IN THE A**!! We have to use it for the deliveries when they come in. It is also used for Patsy to do the DAX order, which comes from corporate headquarters, mostly it consists of cigarettes that will be here Friday and the juices. She had it all froze up. So I got to work with that thing first thing this morning. I got it to work. Then when Budweiser came in I was putting it in the RPO and Patsy got back from the bank and finished it. I had to hold her hand while she was doing it. It honestly isn't any different than the old one. But, it is a change and a computer. Patsy doesn't do well with either one. But in her defense she had no clue what she was doing. They brought it in last night at about 7:30 and we were both gone, and the assistant manager went home early. Wasn't that nice?! They said that she was going to be trained. I guess that is what I did. I have no clue what I was doing, but for today it worked. Yesterday when I got to work, the CO2 was empty, the papertowels in the women's bathroom was empty, and the cigarettes needed brought up from the backroom. It is so surprising that NO ONE can do that all WEEKEND but when I get there on TUESDAY, I have to do it. I am used to it, that is my ritual is cigs. on Tuesday. It is so crazy thta they rely on me that much.
Today after I got the RPO fixed, Patsy went outside to relax and smoke, Bill went out there to have one too, and Patsy said "She has no clue what she would do without me." My response before would be, she better figure it out, but I guess I am stuck there. It is a job, and I also found out yesterday that out of 5 or 6 evaluations, mine was the only one approved. NOT EVEN LYING!! How cool is that?? So I should have a raise this week, but we will find out Friday. Last week my Baby got a checking account open. I couldn't put my name on it because I don't have a valid I.D. we filled the paperwork out to get direct deposit, Payroll called yesterday and they said that she was going to try and send my paycheck to the bank, but she didn't know if they would deposit it or not. I hope so. That way we will have it on Friday morning, and not have to wait until it gets mailed. So next week we have to go to Rock Port and get me a valid I.D. Woohooo!! But I am NOT going to be like Patsy and the assistant manager and say I don't care if the checks are at the post office, I will still call down and go get them.
Today my Baby did the rest of the laundry. He hung them out to dry on the line. I love the way they smell when they are wind blown. The towels feel so rough and wonderful. Today was so warm, but tomorrow is supposed to be NASTY. I don't know if we will have rain, ice, or sleet or snow. They were talking about all of them. I wish that it would only rain, but I am not Mother Nature, that is for sure. So we will see and I will have to tell you later.
Right now, my Baby got Michaels' bath ready and I am going to start supper. He has done enough for today. Thank you, Baby. Thank you, Jan for commenting about my hair and the wonderful song. I enjoyed both. Have a great night. Hold your Baby real tight and rest assured that all is well within his arms. Good night all, Roxi

Roxie..sounds like to me, that they need you around that place just as much as you need them!
I hope everything goes well with the new checking account, and getting the ID..having an account, and having your pay directly deposited, make things a whole lot easier!
I'm so glad you and Bill liked that song!
